About This Artifact

A drilled stone located on Fred Nolan's property, between the swamp and the Money Pit. According to the show's Season 11 account, Nolan documented the stone during his own survey work, more than three decades after Frederick Blair's 1895 report of a similarly drilled stone near the Money Pit. Author and Freemason Christopher Morford incorporated the stone into his analysis of Nolan's Cross, tracing a sightline from Cone C through Cone A and along a series of drilled marker stones.

Surveyor Steve Guptill confirmed the stone's position within that alignment. Beyond the Season 11 presentation, no further detail on this stone, such as its physical dimensions or the exact date of Nolan's find, has been published. It should not be confused with the heart-shaped stone also found on Nolan's property, or with the general drilled rocks Nolan reported finding alongside it during his broader search of his land.
