Drilled 2022 by Lagina team, 153 ft
Third ten-foot caisson of Season 9, named Dan Henskee-82, sunk through the centre of Robert Dunfield's 1965 excavation. It passed Dunfield backfill, then produced a cribbing spike, a large hand-hewn timber at 100 ft and a sailcloth needle near 139 ft. The caisson struck rock at 153 ft and the shaft was called.
